Fit Girls lifestyle Program & Progress update #CGGS

Hello! I am updating my posting days, if you haven’t noticed last week. My previous post days were Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. I have a new site I am working on and since I have re-branded the new site, I am also updating my posting days now to get my readers accustomed to the new post days. My new post days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!

Now getting into this weeks CGGS update, I have joined Fit Girls! If you don’t know what Fit Girls is, it is a lifestyle weight loss program. I have been following this program for a while now and I finally decided to take the plunge when they dropped their prices by half, on black Friday!

My Workout Outfit #CGGS

Hello lovelies! I have a new little feature I’m implementing in my Chubby Girl Gets Skinny posts. I am going to start doing different topics related to working out and ONE monthly progress post. For example, this first post will be on what I wear for my workouts. Another post could be about what specific workouts I do (with an accompanying video), while another post will probably be a healthy recipe of some sort.

Sounds fun? I think so! A weekly progress with no progress is no fun and that’s probably why it wasn’t doing so well.

However, I am going to give a small update because I do have a small progress but that will be at the end of this post!

CGGS Is Back In Session

Hello and welcome back to Chubby Girl Gets Skinny!

I know, it’s been forever since I have posted a CGGS update and I apologize for that. The reason is, though, I honestly haven’t been working out and eating correctly so I haven’t had anything to really give updates on, therefore I didn’t give you guys updates.

If you didn’t know, we have been out of an oven for two months now  (it’s a very long story) and we just got a new oven this past Friday. Now I can cook healthy meals again, not eat so much processed/frozen foods and I can bake food instead of using oil and butter for a skillet. Things are looking up!

This is my first time trying a face mask. I’ve always been afraid of putting things on my face (I mean I didn’t start wearing makeup until 24 and I still don’t wear it often) so yes, it took a long time for me to get courage and do this.

GOALS:

Goal Weight: 135-148lbs

Goal size in clothing: 8-10, medium.

To live and enjoy life. I want to be healthy but not deny myself of tasty treats. I want to show my family and future children that being healthy is about being confident and doesn’t require you to be a size 0.


WEEKLY REVIEW: 

Monday: Strawberries and cinnamon rolls. Forgot the rest of the days food.

Tuesday: Grapefruit, subway Italian BMT plus soda and chips

Wednesday: Choabni yogurt, bagel. Boiled Egg. Tuna sandwich on french bread with chips

Thursday: Pancake, tofu, sausage. Grapefruit. Salmon, Veggies, and Rice.

Friday: Chobani yogurt, Starburst. Chicken, brussel sprouts, spinach, uncle bens rice, potato salad.

Saturday: Chobani yogurt, Graphfruit. Iced coffee with almond milk. Manwhich with some fried fish. Chicken dinner leftovers from Friday.


REFLECTION:

I havent weighed myself again. I don’t feel as though I’ve lost any weight yet plus I was rushing and forgot to do so. These last two weeks have been horrible as far as my activity goes. It’s been so hot outside that I haven’t wanted to go out to take my daily walks and so busy inside with homework that I’ve not found time to workout inside either. I am going to lose 25 pounds this year and keep them off. I know I will. It’s just something I’m going to have to give blood, sweat, and tears to reach my goal!
