My Favorite Workouts #CGGS

Hello loves! With Thanksgiving and seasonal holidays coming up, it’s important to stay on track with eating right and working out. I know I have to make staying healthy a priority especially around this time with all the good foods that will be made and prepared.

As you know, I struggle with keeping weight off. This year I am making plans to stay fit, stay energized, and not neglect myself of the goodies and treats coming around. So I gathered my favorite workouts that I do and wanted to share them with you! They range from Yoga, toning, cardio, and total body and from 8 minutes to 45 minutes so you can get ANY of these workouts done in your busy busy days!

November Goals

Hello and welcome to November!

This is the month that I like to make all types of tasty treats and dishes. Homemade Chili, Seafood Gumbo (which my family literally has once a year, it’s a tradition of sorts), Beef Lasagna, cakes, sugar cookies, snickerdoodles and more. I also love this month because that means my favorite holiday and my birthday is just around the corner!

I have many great plans for this month and I can’t wait to see them manifest and see their success. But first, a new month means new goals and a recap of last month.

My Workout Outfit #CGGS

Hello lovelies! I have a new little feature I’m implementing in my Chubby Girl Gets Skinny posts. I am going to start doing different topics related to working out and ONE monthly progress post. For example, this first post will be on what I wear for my workouts. Another post could be about what specific workouts I do (with an accompanying video), while another post will probably be a healthy recipe of some sort.

Sounds fun? I think so! A weekly progress with no progress is no fun and that’s probably why it wasn’t doing so well.

However, I am going to give a small update because I do have a small progress but that will be at the end of this post!

August Goals

I know I am late with this but better late than never!

I want to do a new thing for my blog. I’ve been having a lot of success with my baby and I feel honored that my lovely readers (old and new) like my blog enough to follow it and comment and read my posts.
