Having natural hair is a great thing when you take care of it. But I have a major frizz problem that gives my braid-outs, twist-outs and more a dullish look. Recently Influenster introduced me to L’Oreal’s RoseMary Collection. Since then I’ve loved the L’Oreal system. I pretty much ditched my Pantene shampoo and conditioner for the EverPure collection. My first try had a nice result. It smelled like Heaven but didn’t really leave my hair moisturized nor did it help my frizz. So I decided to buy the Frizz Defy collection.
Yesterday I ran across Macara and Mosh Pits blog post about her recent cream highlighter purchase and review. Her post reminded me of myself when it comes to highlighting and contouring. If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that I struggle with highlight and contour. I’m going to give my thoughts and review on NYX Bright Idea Cream Highlighter.
I’m not going to say this is going to be a constant thing but today, it’s #MakeupMonday. I’m sharing the method I use to clean my makeup brushes and blenders with you.
Welcome back to my weight loss diary! I know this is a little late as I usually post around 1pm PST but don’t be worried because it’s still here!
Let’s just right into last weeks happenings.
Welcome back to another Beauties On Fire themed collaboration! If you’d like to view all the Beauties On Fire post so far, simply navigate to it by hovering over “Beauty” and the tag “Beauties on fire” will come up 🙂
This weeks winning theme had me excited because I knew exactly what I wanted to do as soon as it won. Superheros and Villains was the winning theme and I chose two girls who are beautiful to me. Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn. I was never a big fan of DC so I can’t tell you these women are my absolute favorite villains but I definitely find these women beautiful and I’ve always had a crush on Poison Ivy…she’s green with red hair…is that not the perfect combination??
To see my looks and the other beauties post for this week, keep reading!
If you have read my September and August Goals post, I said that I had a love for planners, stationary, and the likes. I also stated that I wanted to have a place for that on my blog.
Well, I welcome you to The Planner!
This is my first post on the new topic and I’m very excited because I have a little game for you all. Planner Wars. I have a few different planners, all on the affordable/cheaper spectrum, and I thought it would be fun to have a battle of the planners that I have to find out which one is the best.
Keep reading to get the first battle and elimination!
It’s that time again! A new month is around the corner and as I said in my August Goals post, I want to do this monthly to be held accountable for my goals. I have a lot more this month than I did last month so some things might not be completed by the end of the month but I’m going to give my all in completing everything!
If you want to join me in this, write your posts and tag them with “LIC Monthly Goals” I’d love to check them out!
