Most everyone with an email has had a cluttered mess with hundreds, if not thousands of emails that they were constantly putting off to avoid the hassle of unsubscribing from each newsletter. The developers at EasilyDo have created an email app that makes unsubscribing and managing your inbox so easy you can do it with the tap of a finger (quite literally!).
Hi dolls and kens! I’m back with an app review for you. Before I get into the main post I do want to say thank you to all of my followers and for sticking around with me even though I am not yet as active as I would like to be on here. You guys are awesome and you keep me going!
The Fabulous – Motivate Me app is a great habit tracker. Now, I have tried tracking my habits on my own in my bullet journal and I have not been very successful. I am more a visual type of learner and I like to see my progress laid out in a very simple yet adorable fashion and I do not yet have the patience nor creativity to do so in my bullet journal. Where am I going with this information? This app. It’s so simplistic but so beautiful. While I believe it is geared more for the women who want to live healthier mentally, physically, emotionally, I don’t consider it so ‘girly’ that men aren’t able to use the app as well.
This is your homepage. I have been using the app for about 4 days now so I have more notifications (not too many though!). As you can see, it tells me what actions I need to take in order to be successful in my daily habit goals, for a great breakfast, I need to go to the store and buy fruits and eggs for the week( for my morning protein). This action did come automatic once I chose to accept the “great daily breakfast” challenge but I am glad that it did because I don’t have enough fruits and eggs for the week, so as long as I open my phone daily and check my notifications, I’ll be reminded to get said groceries. If you don’t need or want this notification you can definitely swipe it away (these cards are very much like Google Cards where you can swipe what you’ve read or don’t want so it’s very easy).
Still on the homepage, you get these beautiful little letters. They do have some length to them but I had no problem reading the full letter and I enjoyed it. It is personalized to your name (which is pretty much the only thing you have to input as you first use the app, and your email unless you want to create a profile then you just enter in a password and you’re done. Honestly this app is so simple. I love it) and your habits or challenges that you chose to follow.
Right now I am taking the “Feel more energized” challenge which includes drinking water first thing in the morning. Now this is something that I have been doing already but I haven’t been doing it consistently. This app helps me to track it daily and helps me prepare the night before by reminding me to place a bottle in clear view or my vision and to keep a bottle of water near me so that when I wake up, it is the first thing I see. I also accepted the challenge to eat a great breakfast daily, which basically says ‘eat protein to keep you full until lunch time’. I was skeptical of this challenge but I promise you guys since I started it(only about 3 days ago), I literally have been full from 7am (my usual wake up time) to noon(my usual lunch time). I do drink water in between those times which also helps curb my appetite but the protein thing works great too and I feel much more energized.
Now, if you’ve been looking at my screen shots I have provided, you’ll notice a little spaceship in the bottom right corner of the homepage. This is what you will click to tell the app you have completed your goals for the day or this is where you go to ‘get fabulous’. Once you click on “Make me fabulous,” it takes you to the, yep, you guessed it, “make me fabulous” page! There you can follow yoga instructions, take a motivated power nap, meditate, exercise, and follow a guided stretch plan.
I have only done the exercise and meditate guides so far and I really like them. In the meditate card, you have the option to do 3 Breather meditations and one Bell Only Meditation. The Breather meditations include one 5 minute and two 10 minute sessions. Each one with a guided calm and soothing voice to help you along if you need it, if not, go ahead and mute your phone. I personally like to hear the voice calmly instructing my mind to take a break and experience inner being life. As far as the exercise card, I have used it twice so far and it tracks how long I work out and then adds it to my calendar within the app. I haven’t paid much attention to this card yet but I do plan on using it more and paying more attention to it to see what it offers.
Alrighty folks, I think this is long enough and more than enough information to give you and idea of whether or not the app is worth trying out. My honest opinion is yes, download this baby and take full advantage of it, it is free anyways so what do you have to lose??
Happy Blogging babies!

I have a new app for you!
This app is all about collections and sharing them with the world. The app is called Snupps (I love the logo) and it’s for Android and iOS. After signing up, the app allows you to create “shelfs” to organize your collections, then you can snap a picture, make it all pretty or not and post it to its related shelf. You can follow and discover others shelves and collections. The following quote is from the Snupps website directly.
Organize and socialize around the stuff you own and cherish.
I personally am a sneaker head to the fullest though I don’t own a lot yet, I’m getting there. So I follow a lot of sneaker heads on the app myself. I’ve had the app for about a week so far and I’ve had no problems with it. I installed it on my Android phone and I really like it.
You get News, Notifications, and Activity threads from the News tab on the app. An Explore tab which shows you a collection of shelves and categories that may or may not be of your interest and it allows you to search. Under the Explore tab you have My Stuff tab which takes you to your items and shelves. Then you have the default My Profile and Settings tab. There aren’t many options under settings other than Update Profile, Account Settings, Push notifications, Feedback, Rate the app and the About section for the app.
The UI for the app overall is very easy to use and navigate. It won’t take long to learn your way around it at all. If you’d like to follow me feel free! My username is lilmisslady1821.

Hello beauties and dolls!
Today I have a new app I just found. Well it was sort of recommended, I was watching this lovely girl on youtube and she uses the app. I downloaded it myself as you all know I’m a beginner in makeup and so far I adore the app!
It’s called MakeupSocial and it’s quite literally an instagram for makeup lovers. When first signing up you enter the basics, your email, name, password. Then it takes you to a page where you fill out a form about your skin. Hair color, eye color, skin tone, how oily your skin is or isnt, the texture of your hair, the length of your eyelashes and a few other questions. Then when you are done with that, your Similar to Me feed is filled with women similar to you. I love it! It definitely helps me out when looking for makeup because now I can easily see women of my skin tone and what they use (I can’t begin to tell you how confused I was on how to pick my foundation when I had limited funds and choices! Child, it was a mess and I picked a too light foundation still smh).
They have a website and an app for Apple devices but I don’t yet see one for Android phones. Sorry android ladies! I have to use the app on my iPod because my phone is a galaxy s4 (yes I know it’s old but I’m so undecided on if I want to upgrade to iPhone 6plus or Galaxy s6).
The part I like most about this app, it’s free!! Who doesn’t love free apps that are of great use??
Go check it out and let me know what you think! Also feel free to follow me (lilmisslady1821), I havent posted anything yet but I definitely will get to it asap!
Stay beautiful loves,

Okay, so this is my first blog post about beauty and makeup so bare with me here. I’m nervous about doing this right. I found an app that one of my favorite beauty gurus from YouTube suggested a few weeks ago and I’ve been in love with it since. I am still researching and looking around for the right makeup tones for my color and skin so using this app to get a feel of seeing myself with makeup is really helpful as I’ll know what to expect when I start doing it myself.
The app is called YouCam Makeup and its very easy to use once you get the hang of it. It allows you to try on very professional looking makeup without making you look like you used an app for the makeup (unless you use the costume makeup then it wont look as natural but there’s a natural makeup section which is what I use). You can buy or download more looks but i’m very happy with what is provided as default. Again, i’m still a beginner in the makeup world but i’m learning!
Here are some pictures I’ve used with the app.
As you can see in the bottom picture, I was also able to change my eye color and it still looks natural to me. You can’t tell I used the app for it. In both pictures, I was able to add some foundation, smooth out my skin just a little, add eyelashes and mascara and shape up my eyebrows. The lip color is my own except in the bottom picture where I added some deepness to the purple that I did already have on.
The app is free and there arent many ads. I dont think i’ll be paying for it anytime soon as I am very pleased with what comes with the app. They have it for android and apple devices. I use it on my ipod.
If you use this app please share your thoughts and experiences with me! Also if you have any suggestions on other similar apps, please let me know.
