One of the biggest food prepping and eating days have passed by but the Vegas Lifestyle Influencers got to enjoy some pampering at our recent Friendsgiving at Searsuckers!
THIS EVENT WAS HOSTED BY THE VEGAS LIFESTYLE INFLUENCERS AND SEARSUCKERS. THERE ARE SPONSORS LISTED AT THE END OF THIS POST. ALL OPINIONS ARE MY OWN.
I love cooking for Thanksgiving and being in the kitchen with my mother. It always reminds me that I need to count my blessings and be thankful for what I have.
My traditional favorite dishes include my moms baked Mac and cheese, green bean casserole, and dressing. A few days before Thanksgiving the Vegas Lifestyle Influencers dressed up and got together at Searsuckers for a Friendsgiving dinner! My family and I have never been the type to go out for Thanksgiving or go on vacation for the holidays, we like staying home with our small family and cooking our own meals. However, I can’t say being spoiled by a great turkey dinner that I didn’t have to help prepare wasn’t nice. It was fabulous.
There’s no better place to “Come Early, Stay Late” than Searsucker Las Vegas, located at Caesars Palace! With a retro vibe, a menu of new American classics, and welcoming interiors by renowned designer, Thomas Schoos, Searsucker is the perfect venue for a night to remember. We’ll plan your entire dining experience; what happens afterward is completely up to you.
This couldn’t have been said better. Searsuckers really put on a fantastic Friendsgiving for the group! The decor throughout the restaurant was very well thought out.
BEST APPETIZERS FOR FRIENDSGIVING
Starting off the Friendsgiving, we were treated a drink of our choice. I got the Anything for My Princess cocktail which consisted of empress gin, lychee, lychee juice, and sake. I removed the gin from mine but it was still a fabulous drink! This was my first time trying sake and it was really good! Have you tried sake?
The first round of food brought out was the appetizers.
BEST DISHES FOR FRIENDSGIVING
Dinner featured a slow roasted whole bird, yes. You read that right. You get a whole bird for your Friendsgiving or Thanksgiving dinner. It’s not some small bird either! I felt like we attended a Vikings
Asgard dinner by the size of the legs alone.
Also included in the Friendsgiving feast was sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean, and cranberries. For dessert, we enjoyed pumpkin cheesecake pudding.
