Welcome back to my weight loss diary! I know this is a little late as I usually post around 1pm PST but don’t be worried because it’s still here!
Let’s just right into last weeks happenings.
I apologize now for such a short post!
I had a pretty good week of eating, I am proud to say! I ate mostly small portions and had healthy meals as well.
Friday’s are my cheat days so I totally pigged out that day! I also am getting back into the swing of working out during the week, except on Sundays as it’s my rest day.
Overall I feel really good about myself and my successes, no matter how small they are!
On a side note: today’s Church session was about faith and keeping it during ALL the moments of your life, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I was pleased with the sermon because it definitely falls into my life at this time as I am losing weight. If you’ve been following me from the first CGGS post, you know that I have struggled with losing weight for almost 10 years now. But I am not giving up on myself. I may slow down but I am NEVER giving up. It’s so important to believe in yourself in absolutely everything you do and I really believe I can do this. I will get healthier and feel happier with the way my body looks.
I have no weight update or measurement update for you all yet. I am going to start recording my eats in pictures again because I miss it haha. Make sure you stay tuned for future CGGS posts by subscribing!
