Hello and welcome back to Chubby Girl Gets Skinny!
I know, it’s been forever since I have posted a CGGS update and I apologize for that. The reason is, though, I honestly haven’t been working out and eating correctly so I haven’t had anything to really give updates on, therefore I didn’t give you guys updates.
If you didn’t know, we have been out of an oven for two months now (it’s a very long story) and we just got a new oven this past Friday. Now I can cook healthy meals again, not eat so much processed/frozen foods and I can bake food instead of using oil and butter for a skillet. Things are looking up!
This past week hasn’t been the best for me as far as eating because as I said, we just got our oven on Friday but this coming week will be a success! I am claiming it now.
I am not going to give a detailed list like I usually do of what I ate and the specific workout details for last week.
I have gained weight again, but I don’t feel it nor do I look it so it is possible that the weight I gained is muscle. My tummy is definitely slimming down, even my brother noticed it and he’s my personal trainer (which means he’s ruthless with me and VERY honest). My face is also slimming down!
My current weight (weighed Tuesday at the doctors office): 218lbs/99kg.
I haven’t changed sizes in clothes for good or bad so that’s a good thing I suppose. I haven’t yet measured my body. I will do that for next weeks post!
