Current weight: 205lbs Current Size: 16-18
“Healthy range”: 104 to 135
Current BMI: 39.3
Goal Weight: 135-148lbs
Goal size in clothing: 8-10, medium.
To live and enjoy life. I want to be healthy but not deny myself of tasty treats. I want to show my family and future children that being healthy is about being confident and doesn’t require you to be a size 0.
Monday: bread. Chocolate iced donut. Didn’t record dinner.
Tuesday: Red iced donut with sprinkles. Pizza Bagel. Chicken Caesar wrap
Wednesday: Protein bites (homemade). Ravioli and green tea. Chicken Caesar salad with strawberries and red onion.
Thursday: Cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, a few strawberries. Protein bites. Tai Pei Chinese chicken egg roll.
Friday: Tai Pei Chinese chicken chow mein and combination rice. Salmon, uncle bens rice, asparagus, and mushrooms.
Saturday: Hashbrowns, eggs, and an english muffin. Protein Bites. Chicken breast, mushrooms, asparagus, Brussel Sprouts, and white rice.
My weight is fluctuating again and honestly, I’m not even complaining this time. I’m seeing a small difference in my waist so I know I’m making progress. I can’t cook a lot of different meals at this time because the oven is broken (again) so I’m limited to what I can make. I’m eating a bit healthier because of this though! I am also starting to workout again. I’m starting small, yet again, and I’ve done this workout 3 times this week. I also use my waist trimmer belt while working out to help shed the inches and calories. I burn about 200-300 calories with this workout plus a 15 minute Yoga cool down so I’m not complaining. I enjoy it. This honestly makes me happy because I am showing myself that I can eat right (with a very tight budget) and still workout (with very little personal space/time). I can achieve my new goal of reaching 190 pounds before the end of this year. I am excited about this again and pumped up for more progress!
