WEIGHT-LOSS/HEALTHY LIFESTYLE JOURNEY
I am changing the look of my weekly progress reports. To see why this started check out my Initial post and This post. To see some of my beautiful group of friends joined in on this health movement, check out Elisabeth and Japhet .
Well it has been 8 weeks so far and I’ve not lost weight. At least, not a significant amount. Does that make me want to stop? Yes. Does it break my confidence? Absolutely. Am I going to stop? Hell no. I refuse to give up on getting healthier. I know I can find a healthier lifestyle. As far as eating goes, I’ve pretty much giving up red meats and I don’t eat nearly as big of portions as I used to. It’s more of the working out and physical exercise that I need to work harder on and get a habit of.
Heaviest weight: 230lbs Largest size: 18-20
Current weight: 217lbs Current Size: 16-18
“Healthy range”: 104 to 135
Current BMI: 39.3
Goal Weight: 135-148lbs
Goal size in clothing: 8-10, medium.
To live and enjoy life. I want to be healthy but not deny myself of tasty treats. I want to show my family and future children that being healthy is about being confident and doesn’t require you to be a size 0.
- I didn’t record much of what I ate this week because of personal reasons. I do have a couple of pictures for you down below though! I do know that though my portions were pretty small, my meals and snacks were not the healthiest this week.
I gained weight again and this is the exact process I always go through. Again, it does irritate me very much and discourages me to keep working out but I’m not going give up on myself. It’s so hard but I can’t give up. I HAVE to do this for me. I am going to leave this quote that I think is perfect for this weeks review.

Pictured above are some my meals for this week. Fish Fry, Hot Link with bread(because we had no hot dog buns haha) and homemade fries, and then a turkey and provolone sandwich with chips and my moms homemade peanut butter protein bites.
