*Disclaimer* I want to state that my mood is not the best right now. I am one person who can feel the mood of something I read from someone, I hope that made sense. Basically, if you write a “happy” post, but your mood was sour and down while you wrote it, I can sense that in the writing. So If you are like me and can sense my mood, well I do apologize but I want to get this post out for my viewers following this.


STATS:

Heaviest weight: 230lbs                                Largest size: 18-20

Current weight: 215lbs                                  Current Size: 16-18

“Healthy range”: 104 to 135

Current BMI: 39.3


GOALS:

Goal Weight: 135-148lbs

Goal size in clothing: 8-10, medium.

To live and enjoy life. I want to be healthy but not deny myself of tasty treats. I want to show my family and future children that being healthy is about being confident and doesn’t require you to be a size 0.


WEEKLY REVIEW: 

  • Sunday:
    • Pancake with 2 fried chicken drumsticks
    • Hamburger with chips
  • Monday:
    • I forgot what I had. I didn’t log this day.
      • Walked 31.58 minutes, 1.41 miles, burned 228 calories
  • Tuesday:
    • Banana Shake
    • Tuna with crackers
    • Mushroom chicken with brussels, baked beans and rice.
      • Walked 9.26 minutes, .28 miles. burned 29 calories

 

  • Wednesday:
    • Instant Oatmeal
    • Crackers
    • Almonds
    • Leftovers
      • Aerobics for 37 minutes, burned 459 calories

 

  • Thursday:
    • Pancake, round turkey sausage
    • Almonds
    • Fried pork chops with mashed potatoes
      • Walked 35.27 minutes, 1.46 miles, burned 240 calories

 

  • Friday:
    • Didn’t record Friday.

 

  • Saturday:
    • Fish Fry with mashed potatoes and two slices of white bread.

REFLECTION:

I lost weight and that makes me happy because my eyes are seeing a difference. I don’t know what to expect though. This happens a lot when I am on my weight loss journey. The week wasn’t that productive as far as working out, and I didn’t eat that well but I lost weight…It’s weird. But I’m not complaining.

  1. AWW I am so sorry that you aren’t in the best moods girl! If you need to talk or vent, you know where to find me! I am so PROUD of you for losing weight! This week was my birthday so I actually gained weight!! And a lot! I am so sad, but I am not giving up!! I totally need to pick up some turkey sausage!!

    1. The smoked turkey sausage is so good omg lol I get the kroger brand too! And don’t be so sad hun! You’re still going and havent given up and that’s what matters! Also, thank you so much for letting me know I can come to you to talk, I appreciate you so much for that!

  2. You’re doing great, this is incredible! I’ve found starting the day right with a good breakfast (usually a fruit smoothie or overnight oats) leads to healthier decisions throughout the day!

    1. Thank you!! I have noticed that when I have healthier breakfast, I do tend to do better the rest of the day. I need to start making my Banana Peanut Butter shakes again, they keep me full for a while!

      1. Yes protein from the peanut butter will fill you up! There’s one from Trader Joe’s I use, if you have access to that store. Their unsalted peanut butter is super good for smoothies because it’s kinda runny so it’s easy to pour in. Not so tasty on toast, though!
